Exhibit 7.3 Resume of Dr. Tom Houlihan. Dr. Houlihan was the Senior Education Advisor to Gov. Jim Hunt Jr. He is currently my Nela Executive Coach. He has taught me lessons on micro-politics and how important it is to create relationships to get a desired outcome.
