Exhibit 5a.1. Budget Project- We were given data from a specific school, it included the School Improvement Plan, TWC Survey, demographics. We had to analyze the data and make recommendations on budget spending focusing on increased student achievement.

Exhibit 5.d.2 Pinkston St. Code of Conduct, and consequences. The first ten days of school teachers focused on teaching students the Code of Conduct. As a result, discipline referrals are minimal to almost non-existence.
